    William (Bill) F. Wetmore III

    CEO of Williams & Lake, LLC

    Before being named as CEO in January of 2015, Bill was the CEO of Data Control Solutions and Data Control Group, a 2,000 employee company providing BPO services to the US title and mortgage industries with offices located in Kentucky, New York, Beijing, Harbin/Xian China, Manila, and the Philippines.  Bill successfully oversaw the sale of this company in February 2013.

     

    Prior to CEO of Data Control Solutions he served as President of Casey Tool & Machine Company.  Where during his time as President he oversaw the expansion of the company from one manufacturing plant, 300 employees, and $13 million in sales to over $100 million in sales, two manufacturing plants in the US, and added plants in South Korea, China and Mexico.  Bill left Casey Tool & Machine Company in 2002.

     

    Bill also was a Partner at BKD CPA’s (10th largest CPA firm in the world). Bill’s responsibilities at BKD included being the partner in charge of the manufacturing group for the Indianapolis IN office and the quality assurance partner.  Bill left BKD CPA’s in 1997.

     

    Bill earned his degree from Regis College in Denver, CO with a BS in accounting in 1978.

  • Loren Lemcke

    Loren Lemcke

    Executive V.P. Manufacturing & Purchasing

    Loren was named the Executive V.P. of Manufacturing & Purchasing for Williams & Lake in January 2015.  Loren served as a founder and President of Williams & Lake from January 2011 thru January 2015.  Before becoming founder and President of Williams & Lake he served as President of Long Chung International which Specialized primarily in the manufacturing and importation of products from Asia for a variety of companies across North America in the mobile audio, home stereo, computer peripherals and video game market segments.

     

    Prior to Long Chung International he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Technologies USA, Inc. (ITH) where he was responsible for designing, manufacturing and distribution of computer peripherals specializing in the computer telephony and Internet telephony markets for both consumers and call centers.  He had full P&L responsibility for all North American operations as well as product development and mergers/acquisition activity.

     

    Loren was also the Executive Vice President of Operations at Acclaim Entertainment, Inc. (AKLM). One of the world’s largest publishers of interactive entertainment with revenues in excess of $900 million. Loren’s responsibilities included manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, customer service, graphic arts, facilities and contract manufacturing.

     

    During Loren’s career he has successfully delivered more than $4 Billion worth of wholesale consumer products.

     

    Loren’s responsibilities at Safety F1rst™ include manufacturing, purchasing, and quality control of the Safety F1rst product.

  • Brad Dorsey

    Executive V.P. of Sales

    Brad was named as the Executive V.P. of Sales for Williams & Lake in January of 2013.  Prior to joining Williams & Lake, Brad was the founder and managing member of Leader Public Auction an auction specializing in the sale of vehicles & heavy equipment.  During his time at Leader Public Auction Brad grew the business from a startup company to the largest public auction in Southwest Arizona, generating in excess of $25 million in sales.  Brad still remains the sole shareholder of Leader Public Auction.

     

    Brad also served as President & Founder of Conference Leader Incorporated, a web-based conference calling platform where his responsibilities included company vision, product, development and sales. Conference Leader was successfully sold in 2009.

     

    Brad’s responsibilities at Safety F1rst™ include sales, company strategy, and product development.

  • Bradshaw Rost

    Counsel of Williams & Lake, LLC

    Bradshaw is a senior partner at Tenenbaum & Saas, P.C.  Mr. Rost provides corporate and transactional legal services, along with litigation and bankruptcy expertise, to a diverse clientele in different sectors of the economy.  Mr. Rost has been lead counsel for the merger and acquisitions of businesses in different sectors of the economy, including companies in the airline, hotel, manufacturing and software industries.

     

    Mr. Rost has extensive courtroom experience involving a variety of different civil claims, including defending or challenging the validity and enforcement of legal agreements in different industries and marketplaces. He is the author of the e-book chapter "The Litigation Paradox" published by ExecSense - the World's Largest Publisher of Webinars, e-books, and Digital Knowledge.

     

    Mr. Rost is admitted to practice before the Federal, State and Bankruptcy Courts in the District of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, New York, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. He has received the "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating for professional excellence and ethical standards. In addition, as published in The New York Times and Baltimore Magazine, he was selected by a survey of his peers in Washington, D.C. and Maryland as one of the top 5% of their profession based upon Ethics, Experience, and Reputation.

    Clyde H. “Bud” Boyer

    Inventor of Safety F1rst Rear End Collision Avoidance System

    "Bud" is the inventor of the Safety F1rst Rear End Collission Avoidance System(tm)

     

    An avid reader and innovator at heart!  Upon graduating from Charles F. Brush High School in Lyndhurst, Ohio, “Bud” served a four year apprenticeship in the HVAC and sheet metal fabrication business before his entrepreneurial instinct took over and he started his own electric sign company called “Boyer Signs & Graphics Inc.” “Bud” worked and ran the sign and graphics business for over 50 years.  As a true inventor, “Bud” is responsible for inventing and patenting multiple other products and presently has two other products currently under development.

     

    Safety F1rst(tm) is thankful to have “Bud” on the team and rely on his vision and innovative thinking to help create the next big Safety F1rst product
